Thank you to those that have sent money in to buy quiz tickets. We have sold enough for the event to go ahead so the absolute final call for tickets is tomorrow.
I will be sending tickets home tomorrow to those who have paid.
To help us with setting up on Monday, I will be asking how many are in your team and what your team name will be.
Looking forward to seeing you there!

Today the children in Gardening Club picked the sweet peas that they have grown from seed along with a small crop of strawberries and mint. They are very proud of their achievements in cultivating these plants along with the wildflower meadow, sunflowers and potatoes.

Today we launched Refugee Week. A national event which reflects on the contribution that refugees have had in society. We discussed the story of Paddington in today’s assembly and considered how he must have been feeling when he came to England. We came up with ideas as to how we would make sure a refugee was made welcome in our school.
The children all watched this video clip which you may want to share at home:

In classes this week, children will be taking part in various art projects, class discussions, reading texts, creating poetry and so much more. I look forward to sharing pictures with you all throughout the week.

Congratulations to all the children who received the Eucharist for the first time at Mass yesterday at St Kentigern’s. It was wonderful to see so many people there supporting this special occasion. The children were fantastic . Thank you to all the catechists for their work in preparing them for this special day. We are truly blessed
